Blayke lived most of her life feeling like she had no control. Her emotions and outcomes seemed to be based on everyone and everything else other than herself.

It wasn't until after a suicide attempt, a week in a mental rehab facility, and years of therapy and medication that she found the tools she uses today to truly come home to herself and live a life that fills her with joy and excitement every day.

Her mission now is to enlighten others to the power they have within themselves to release the suffering of their own minds and create meaningful existences at any scale.
